I am always telling people to push themselves, to explore their potentials and embrace the new phases of life as they come up.  In that Spirit, I have recently undertaken two new endeavors.  I just attained my Reiki Master Certification and am proudly offering private sessions and attunements in the Usui system of energetic healing.  The other big thing that I am so excited about is that I have started Yoga Teacher Training with the Teach to Inspire Yoga Studio.  Yoga has long been a passion of mine and I am thrilled to be taking it to the next level.  Sat Nam!
